Josh focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including breach of contract, employment, and insurer and reinsurer disputes in complex, multiparty litigation. He manages all stages of discovery and fact investigation, deposing witnesses, drafting and arguing pre-trial motions, assisting in all facets of trial preparation, and drafting pre- and post-hearing arbitration briefs and dispositive motions. Josh litigates international and domestic arbitrations and in federal and state trial and appellate courts.
