Justin is a first-chair litigator who handles disputes for clients across diverse industries, including financial services, real estate, and oil and gas. With a successful track record before juries, the bench, arbitrators, and administrative agencies, Justin also counsels clients on proactive dispute resolution and mitigation, including through conducting internal investigations and alternate despite resolution. He advises clients on mass arbitration risk, arbitration terms, responding to mass arbitration demands, and navigating the administration of mass arbitration claims.

Justin’s substantial appellate experience includes handling appeals in several federal circuits and successfully arguing numerous appeals before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. He also regularly litigates preliminary injunctions as well as matters arising in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court’s original jurisdiction.

Before joining the firm in 2005, Justin focused his practice in state and local tax litigation with a multinational law firm.
