Justin is a seasoned litigator with an extensive record of public service. He has defended a wide range of litigation matters, from pro se complaints to complex class actions. He has drafted successful dispositive motions, managed large-scale discovery efforts, and taken cases to trial. Justin previously served as deputy solicitor general in the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, where he represented the state in major appellate matters, including briefing cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, at the certiorari and merits stages, and arguing cases in the Eleventh Circuit and Georgia Supreme Court.

Justin’s legal career began with the Federal Bureau of Prisons through the U.S. Attorney General’s Honors Program. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School, where he teaches appellate advocacy to students competing in the school’s constitutional law moot court.
