Justin advises insurance companies in connection with complex coverage disputes across a broad range of first- and third-party coverage lines, including D&O, cyber, tech E&O, lawyers E&O, Bankers Professional Liability, Representations and Warranties, and Collateral Protection Insurance. He has particular experience in D&O and other professional liability insurance, where he has represented clients in mediations arising out of federal securities class action lawsuits, merger objection litigation, and derivative litigation.
