• Represents mortgage lenders and loan servicers facing individual claims under federal statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Represented medical professionals in a commercial dispute involving RICO claims for alleged conduct arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Represents a national student loan servicer in various disputes related to student loan servicing, including alleged violations of state consumer protection and debt collection statutes, such as the FDCPA and FCRA.
• Represents a private oil and gas operator in dispute related to Master Services Agreement.
• Represented a national hotel chain with various disputes related to breach of contract, nuisance, and eviction proceedings.
• Represents clients from Angola and Afghanistan seeking asylum in the U.S. under the United Nations Convention Against Torture treaty.
• Represents Dallas/Fort Worth residents in civil lawsuits to help stop illegal activity and shut down crime-ridden properties in local neighborhoods.
