Kadeisha is a litigator with first and second-chair experience. She represents clients at every stage of litigation in state and federal district courts, mediations, and arbitrations, concerning multiple areas of law, such as environmental, contract, and business torts.

Prior to joining the firm, Kadeisha was an associate at another major law firm where she focused on complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience advising clients such as automotive manufacturers and dealers on pivotal business decisions and in litigation matters. Kadeisha has served as first-chair in state/magistrate court trials.

  • Secured a complete defense verdict for a major online used car dealer in fraud/misrepresentation/breach of contract case.
