Kalle Covert

Kalle serves as the director of professional development in the firm’s Legal Talent Department. She leads a team of professionals committed to providing attorneys with the tools and resources needed to be successful at every stage in their legal career. In this role, Kalle focuses on overseeing all aspects of the ongoing professional development of the firm’s attorneys, including the annual review and compensation process, integration and onboarding, legal skills training, and annual academies.

Kalle previously served in practice management and business development roles at the firm, and at Troutman Sanders before the merger. Prior to working in the legal industry, Kalle held positions in the education technology and digital publishing fields. A lifelong learner, Kalle holds degrees in music performance and music history.
