Kara counsels businesses and individuals in a broad range of civil disputes, including: business torts, contract disputes, renewable energy litigation, and copyright infringement. She has experience in both federal and state courts across the U.S., as well as before the Copyright Claims Board.

Kara also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising residents in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in civil lawsuits against criminal activities occurring in their communities.
