Karimah represents clients in consumer financial services law, business disputes, and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Karimah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen M. Williams in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Karimah has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit demands and pleadings to settlement and trial, and handling matters before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. She has previously represented clients in contract disputes, business torts, corporate governance, and white collar criminal defense matters.
