Katherine E. Swider

Katherine is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property team and assists with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution work on both the law firm side and the client side. She has been with the firm for more than six years and has more than 14 years of experience, including patent litigation and U.S. trademark prosecution.

Katherine helps clients prepare and file new patent applications and all required formal documents, in addition to any other necessary documents and responses throughout prosecution and leading up to obtaining a letters patent.
