His litigation experience has included technologies such as wi-fi connectivity, semiconductor design, energy storage/management, and navigation system design.

As a reserve Staff Judge Advocate (JAG) in the U.S. Coast Guard, Kevin provides legal counsel on high-profile initiatives aimed at leveraging cutting-edge technology in the maritime domain. He serves as counsel for the Office of Rapid Response and Prototyping (CG-RAPTOR), offering strategic legal guidance to support innovative technological advancements.
