Kimberly handles a variety of business litigation matters, including contractual claims and other civil disputes. She also defends businesses in class action litigation and complex commercial disputes, as well as against claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Kimberly is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation practice. She has taken numerous depositions of fact and expert witnesses over the course of her career. At trial, Kimberly and one of our partners recently secured a multimillion-dollar verdict in the client's favor. She has engaged in several high-profile settlement negotiations, resulting in positive outcomes for our clients. Kimberly has also authored several successful dispositive motions in both federal and state courts across the country.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editor on the UVA Criminal Law Journal, and her bachelor's degree from Howard University, where she majored in both English and political science.
