Kimberly is an associate in the firm's Capital Projects + Infrastructure practice. She focuses her practice on project development and project finance transactions and has experience drafting various governance and transactional documents, including agreements, bylaws, grant letters, consents, and certificates of incorporation.
Kimberly graduated from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude, where she completed her J.D. and was a staff member of the Fordham Law Review. While at Fordham, Kimberly also served as the competitions editor of the Dispute Resolution Society and participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono transactional legal services to startups in New York, helping turn entrepreneurs' ideas into real enterprises.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly worked as a business affairs/legal affairs intern with ViacomCBS, now Paramount. She earned her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
