Krystle represents clients in a wide array of complex disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in matters involving the FTC, EPA, OSHA, and their state equivalents. Her litigation and counseling practice spans trials, depositions, mediation, arbitration, motions, pretrial motions, and appellate. Krystle handles disputes related to consumer protection statutes, breach of contract, fraud, and misrepresentation in real estate transactions, and mortgage lending and servicing practices.

Krystle advises clients on compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, particularly in health care merger reviews involving the FTC and state attorneys general. She represents international clients in civil claims under CERCLA and state cleanup statutes, defending against government and private third-party claims related to historical waste disposal practices. Krystle also defends clients in administrative proceedings and enforcement actions involving state governments, the EPA, and OSHA, addressing issues such as permit compliance and contaminant releases. She brings a comprehensive approach to legal challenges, helping clients comply with state-specific energy siting regulations and Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission rules.

Krystle also represents national lending and servicing institutions in mortgage foreclosure and consumer finance lawsuits, including class actions, in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
