Kyle P. Lynch

Kyle is a skilled trial attorney whose practice centers on commercial litigation, including contract, construction, and business disputes, as well as white collar defense. In both jury and nonjury trials, Kyle has successfully handled cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, construction, and employment claims. He represents a broad array of businesses and individuals, including international construction entities, commercial real estate developers, startup companies, finance companies and lenders, and large commercial manufacturers. His extensive experience and strategic approach to litigation make him a valuable advocate for his clients.

Prior to joining Troutman Pepper Locke, Kyle gained experience in litigation and transactional matters for clients in a variety of industries including real estate, hospitality, emerging technologies, and construction. He also served as a law clerk for the Hon. Jeffrey Schmehl of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In this role, Kyle worked on numerous complex commercial litigation matters, such as corporate governance disputes, intellectual property matters, and white collar trials.
