Overview

Luke brings substantial litigation and public sector experience to complex disputes. He has litigated more than 50 cases involving wrongful death, property, tort, and contract claims, handling all aspects of case management from initial research and strategy through trial. Luke argues motions and tries cases on a weekly basis in magistrate, state, and superior court, and has drafted responsive briefing in matters before the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice also includes drafting ordinances, resolutions, and legal opinions.

Before joining the firm, Luke served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he addressed numerous fully briefed federal appeals across a wide range of areas, including civil rights, employment, immigration, social security, sentencing, and criminal law.
