Plaintiff is seeking preclusion of further alleged infringement as well as damages.

Align Technology (146013.14) – Client 3Shape A/S brings civil action against Align Technology, Inc. in the District of DE for infringement of two patents regarding a “Focus Scanning Apparatus” (dental scanning device). Client is seeking preclusion of further infringement as well as damages.
• Densys Ltd. v. 3Shape (146013.8) – Representing 3Shape A/S and 3Shape TRIOS A/S in the Western District of TX in defense of Densys Ltd., for infringement of one patent regarding a “inter-oral scanning scanning device” (dental scanning device).
