Megha Sorot

Megha represents corporate clients in connection with complex litigation and regulatory matters. She guides highly regulated clients through the multifaceted laws that impact their business, including state and federal compliance and licensing matters.

Megha draws from diverse litigation experiences, including state and federal consumer class actions, government investigations, and False Claims Act claims. In addition to handling all aspects of discovery, she has also prepared clients and fact witnesses for depositions.
