Melissa represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products manufacturers in products liability, consumer fraud, and mass tort litigation. She also represents clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries in connection with civil and criminal investigations by federal and state authorities.

Melissa also is active in pro bono matters, and co-manages the firm’s New Jersey Children’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program, a pro bono effort to aid disabled children who have been denied SSI benefits.
