Michael E. Brennan

Michael focuses his practice on the representation of banks and financial institutions in connection with structured finance, public finance, and securitization transactions.

Michael regularly advises financial institutions that provide corporate trust and other related services in their various roles, such as trustee, collateral agent, collateral administrator, administrative agent, custodian, and securities intermediary.

Michael also has significant experience with collateralized loan obligations, collateralized bond obligations, and commercial mortgage-backed securities. He provides guidance to clients on many new debt issuances, as well as post-closing matters, including defaults, liquidations, amendments, redemptions, refinancings, and assignment transactions.
