Michele is a seasoned paralegal with more than 20 years of legal experience, particularly in mass tort litigation and court operations. Throughout her career, Michele has managed hundreds of complex cases, overseeing all phases from initiation to resolution.
Michele’s experience in mass tort litigation includes serving as lead paralegal for the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee (PEC). In this role, she orchestrated discovery processes and ensured adherence to court mandates across various jurisdictions, while collaborating with multiple law firms to synchronize litigation strategies and advance case progression.
Before entering the private sector, Michele served as deputy manager at the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, where she oversaw both case processing and courtroom operations. She led the implementation of mandatory eFiling for unlimited civil cases, contributing to the development of best practices for electronic filings and ensuring compliance with evolving court mandates.
