Miles is a construction associate based in Atlanta. He represents clients across a range of construction and commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation as well as litigation. Miles had a background in civil engineering working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

Before joining the firm, Miles served as an assistant attorney general in the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, where he led settlement negotiations and mediations and advised on contract disputes, sovereign immunity, and Open Records Act compliance.
