Miranda is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice, where she focuses on commercial contract disputes. She has broad experience enforcing clients’ contractual rights in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration, and has been involved in all phases of commercial dispute resolution, including pre-lawsuit settlement negotiations, discovery, and motion practice.

In addition to her general commercial litigation practice, Miranda is an experienced supply chain attorney who has represented Tier 2 suppliers on a variety of issues, including supply agreement disputes, and breach of contract claims arising from delivery and performance failures.
