Mitchel is a retired partner with more than 35 years experience in complex corporate restructures, business reorganizations, Chapter 11 proceedings, and out-of-court workouts throughout the U.S. and cross-border. Prior to his retirement, he represented debtors, creditors, equity holders and investors, banks and other secured or unsecured lenders, creditors’ committees, insurance companies, consultants, liquidators, and other parties impacted or affected by troubled company and financially-distressed situations or seeking to acquire distressed assets for businesses.
