Monica is a litigator with extensive experience representing and defending clients in high-stakes litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Her practice has included a wide range of matters, including antitrust litigation, insurance coverage disputes, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and general commercial disputes. Monica has been actively involved in all aspects of litigation, including trial, motions practice, discovery, and appeals. She also maintains an active pro bono practice involving Federal Tort Claims Act and Section 1983 cases.
