Overview

Murray S. Levin is a fellow of The Pepper Center for Public Service. The Pepper Center draws on the talents of the firm’s retired partners and senior attorneys to wrestle with tough problems facing our communities. Through the center, these attorneys study, analyze, and work to resolve problems that affect the lives of people in our communities.

Murray’s public service work revolves around religious charitable work, international organizations, legal organizations, and politics, ranging from working with children to being active in the Democratic Party in Pennsylvania. He is an experienced legal professional, with decades of experience resolving pharmaceutical and medical device products liability cases and an array of complex litigation matters, including those with an international cast.

This work helped Murray gain experience in employment matters, trademarks, antitrust, regulatory agency, and medical malpractice cases. Besides defending numerous pharmaceutical products, Murray has also handled banking litigation, including international letter-of-credit cases, and libel law issues, including pre-publication counseling.
