Nam is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice, focusing on lender representation in commercial real estate lending transactions and commercial finance. She works with national, regional, and local banks and nonbank lenders on secured transactions. Nam’s experience includes health care lending transactions with a focus on the senior housing industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Nam has worked in the executive consulting, legal recruiting, and employee benefits/insurance space. She received her J.D. from the William & Mary Law School and her B.A. from Wellesley College.
