Natalia is an associate in the firm's Regulatory Investigations, Strategy and Enforcement (RISE) practice. She focuses her practice on two primary areas: government contracting and state attorney general work.
In her governmental contracting work, she regularly counsels clients in connection with government contracting obligations under the Federal Acquisition Regulations, domestic preference programs and small business set-aside programs. Natalia guides clients through complex government investigations, regulatory compliance issues, and transactions, involving state and federal government contracting obligations.
In her state attorney general work, Natalia advises clients on a wide variety of regulatory matters. This includes state consumer protection laws, data security, advertising and marketing, and manufacturing. Natalia frequently represents clients in complex multistate attorney general investigations where she is able to leverage her experience clerking for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
