Nathalia C. Boe

Nathalia focuses her practice on commercial real estate, with experience in acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, title services, and financing of real property. She represents developers, joint ventures, real estate funds, landlords, and tenants in transactions across the U.S.

Nathalia holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, where she earned a certificate in transactional law and skills. In addition to her legal experience, Nathalia is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.

• Represented a global health care company in the acquisition and leasing of patient care centers and clinical laboratories throughout the U.S.
• Counseled a real estate joint venture in the acquisition, financing, and leasing of a veterinary hospital portfolio comprising more than 50 properties.
• Advised a prominent residential home-construction company in the development of residential communities, including single-family homes and townhomes, throughout the Southeastern U.S.
• Assisted a major bottling company during the acquisition and development of multiple distribution warehouses.
