Overview

Nicholas is a Dallas-based associate in the firm’s Public Finance practice. He advises public and private clients on complex debt finance transactions, including structured and rated financings, credit facilities, asset-backed securities offerings, and investment grade notes. He brings experience across the full lifecycle of finance transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing, with particular depth in non-recourse rating agency rated financings, term loan and revolving credit agreements, and indentures. Before joining the firm, Nicholas worked for a full-service global law firm.
