• Secured judgment for a global investment bank appellee in appeal before the Appellate Court of Illinois, Second District, in a conversion and breach of contract action.
• Representation of an international investment bank and former manager of a Delaware LLC in breach of an LLC agreement and breach of fiduciary duty action involving the merger of the LLC.
• Representation of an international ridesharing company in various actions in state and federal court.

False Claims Act (Qui Tam) Litigation and Government Investigations

• Secured a dismissal of a False Claims Act complaint and related government investigation of a major national health care company in a matter involving numerous allegations pertaining to facilities across the country.
• Ongoing representation of a major national health care company in other False Claims Act investigations.
• Ongoing representation of a major national health care company in a False Claims Act qui tam litigation involving alleged upcoding and violations of federal and state Anti-Kickback Statutes. Secured government decision to not intervene in qui tam suit.

• Ongoing representation of a business owner in complex trust and estate litigation.
• Secured judgment for an insurer-appellant in an appeal before the Indiana Court of Appeals in an insurance coverage action.
