Nicole Fry

Nicole focuses her practice on commercial, banking, and finance litigation, as well as dispute resolution and restructuring and insolvency. She advises a diverse range of clients, including asset-based lenders, consumer financiers, companies, directors, and insolvency practitioners. Nicole’s experience encompasses title issues, guarantees, enforceability of consumer credit agreements, misrepresentation, fraud, director/shareholder disputes, formal insolvency procedures, security review/enforcement, asset realization, fixed charge/LPA receiverships, and antecedent transactions/investigations.

Nicole makes proactive recommendations to revise standard documents, helping clients limit or avoid future disputes.
