Overview

Nik focuses his practice on real estate and real estate finance transactions. He advises owners, developers, borrowers, and lenders of commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and industrial properties on issues across the real estate life cycle, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing. Nik also represents owners, managers, and developers of single-family rental homes in the acquisition, development, and financing of build-to-rent communities and bulk single-family rental home portfolios.

Nik has experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and construction and permanent financing. He has additional experience structuring, negotiating, and managing warehouse and securitization financing for pools of single-family rental homes.
