Nikki supports major global banks and financial institutions in their role as indenture trustee and paying agent. She is adept in handling both secured and unsecured debt offerings, including insurance linked securities, foreign currency-denominated debt offerings, private placements under Rule 144A and Regulation S, and mortgage-backed securitizations.

Nikki reviews and negotiates various agreements and offering documents, including indentures, collateral agreements, security agreements, and other ancillary documents. Additionally, she has experience serving as issuer’s and underwriter’s counsel in IPOs and secondary offerings.
