Noah helps clients in the consumer finance industry navigate national class-action litigation by employing rigorous advocacy skills to pursue client goals.
Noah is an associate in the firm's Consumer Financial Services practice, where he represents clients in consumer law, business disputes, and commercial litigation. His practice focuses particularly on national class-action litigation arising under consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Prior to joining the firm, Noah worked within the federal judiciary at both the trial and appellate level, first as a law clerk to the Honorable Claude Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and later as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel Manion of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In both roles, Noah refined his writing and analytical abilities and gained valuable firsthand knowledge of federal court procedure and operations.
Noah earned his J.D. from Regent University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Regent University Law Review, graduated first in his class, and was recognized as the Outstanding Graduate for his class year.
