Overview

Nolan serves as litigation and coverage counsel for domestic and international insurers. Drawing from experience in insurance underwriting, claims audits, and litigation, he counsels clients regarding professional liability policies for accountants, attorneys, and architects & engineers. Nolan also litigates matters involving environmental, commercial general liability, directors and officers, property and business interruption, and excess coverage.

Nolan is familiar with insurance ecosystems and understands the complex connections between underwriters, producers, claims handlers, reinsurers, excess carriers, and sophisticated insureds. He assists clients in resolving high exposure matters while also navigating those valuable relationships.
