Olivia K.T. Block

Olivia is a senior patent agent with broad knowledge in the areas of microbiology, immunology, molecular biology and virology. She has direct research experience in studies of cancer biology, vaccine biology, HIV replication, and microbial pathogenesis. Olivia has also published papers on these topics in the Journal of Virological Methods, Vaccine, Virology and Antiviral Therapy.

Before joining the firm, Olivia served as a patent technical specialist at another national law firm. She previously completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Olivia obtained her Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from the University of Rochester.
