Pam is a fellow of The Pepper Center for Public Service. The Pepper Center draws on the talents of the firm’s retired partners and senior attorneys to wrestle with tough problems facing our communities. Through the Center, these attorneys study, analyze, and work to resolve problems that affect the lives of people in our communities.
Before retiring, Pam co-lead the firm’s Securities, Corporate Governance + D&O Defense Litigation Group, representing and defending clients in securities, shareholder and derivative suits, M&A litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. Pam handled a wide range of complex business disputes with emphasis in business v. business disputes, investor and shareholder claims, securities and disclosure litigation, class actions, derivative suits, merger and corporate control disputes, as well as consumer and competition claims. Pam represented companies, officers, directors, and professional service providers in fiduciary duty, business judgment and professional liability cases, SEC, and other regulatory enforcement matters. She also advised clients on corporate governance, disclosure, indemnification, and D&O insurance coverage.
