Overview
Representative Matters

Pantelis is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, focusing primarily on patent litigation. He has successfully represented clients in multiple forums, including district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Pantelis’ enthusiasm and diligence toward mastering the technologies at issue enable him to translate highly complex technologies into easy-to-understand concepts. His mastery of the technology carries him through all aspects of a case, from investigation and diligence through pleadings, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation. Pantelis’ experience applies to patent litigation matters across a wide array of technologies, including semiconductor design and fabrication, GPS tracking, digital audio and video signal processing, graphics processing hardware and software, and dental scanning. He previously served as an IP litigation summer associate at the firm.

Pantelis also has an active pro bono practice. He has worked on several pro bono matters, including the firm’s Glen Mills School settlement project. Additionally, while in law school, Pantelis volunteered with the Lawyers Clearinghouse in their Nonprofit Assistance Program and Criminal Offender Record Information Sealing Clinic.

While attending law school, Pantelis aided in research regarding patent exhaustion issues, combining intellectual property, contract, and antitrust law. He also interned with a global multibrand restaurant company, assisting with maintaining and updating trademark portfolios and reviewing marketing programs for legal compliance.

  • Represented the complainant in a Section 337 ITC investigation and several co-pending district court cases involving semiconductor design; investigation and district court cases terminated on favorable settlements.
  • Defended a designer and manufacturer of GPS products against claims of patent infringement, resulting in a $0 walk-away settlement.
  • Served as counsel to complainant on patent infringement claims against multiple respondents involving consumer electronics and video coding/compression technology. Obtained multiple favorable settlements.
