Patrick DeSabato

Patrick is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Litigation practice. He received his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.

As a clerk from 2024-2025, Patrick supported the Honorable Joshua Roberts in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in overseeing a wide variety of litigations, including the Philadelphia Mass Tort Program, various nonjury matters, and arbitration appeals.

Patrick focuses his practice on antitrust and product liability litigation involving a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, agricultural, and manufacturing clients. Building on a year of experience in the Philadelphia courts, Patrick handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.

Drawing on his experience in the Appellate Litigation Clinic at Temple University, where Patrick and a team won a precedential victory for an immigration client in the Third Circuit, Patrick also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration proceedings at various stages of litigation.
