He also has extensive experience in loan workouts, restructurings, and foreclosures.
Paul represents purchasers, developers, and sellers of commercial real estate, such as office towers, multifamily, retail, auto dealerships, industrial warehouses, large ranch properties, and timberland. He has significant experience in negotiating leases for commercial landlords and tenants. Paul also counsels borrower clients in secured financing for privately and publicly held companies.
