Peter represents institutional owners and developers of major construction projects on all legal aspects throughout the project life-cycle, with an emphasis on transactional matters.
Peter focuses his practice on advising and representing owners and developers of large complex construction projects in all transactional and litigation matters. His transactional experience spans across various procurement and project delivery methods, including P3 projects, design-build, GMP, and contractor-at-risk. Peter drafts and negotiates a variety of construction agreements and other sophisticated development related documents, including construction management agreements, design professional agreements, performance security agreements, development management agreements, access agreements, and consulting contracts.
Peter also advises and represents owners and developers on the resolution of construction disputes and claims during and after construction, and through litigation, if necessary. Peter leverages his hands-on construction experiences in serving his clients and counseling them on day-to-day project issues.
Representative projects include high-rise commercial residential and office buildings, aviation and infrastructure projects, hotels and hospitality, hospitals, academic facilities, life sciences facilities, and major interior renovations.
