Phillip is an associate in the firm's Finance and Restructuring practice. As a law clerk at the Georgia State-Wide Business Court, Phillip gained hands-on experience in drafting court orders and participating in case discussions. Phillip returns to the firm after previously working here as a summer associate. His tenure further enhanced his legal experience, particularly in cryptocurrency regulations and business litigation.
Phillip received his J.D. from University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board and managerial board for the Georgia Law Review. While in law school, Phillip also earned his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, concentrating his studies in finance.
