Phyllis has more than 25 years of experience assisting counsel with labor and employment matters, including Title VII and Title IX issues in general business and higher education. She also provides extensive assistance with white-collar investigations and white collar defense matters. Phyllis assists with case management, document collection and review, preparation of discovery materials, background investigation, and dispositive motion practice. She has trial experience in numerous jurisdictions at the federal and state court levels, as well as arbitration and mediation experience.
