Pierce is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy + Restructuring Practice Group. He focuses his practice on representing corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, buyers, individual secured and unsecured creditors, and other parties in interest, in complex bankruptcy proceedings and in bankruptcy-related litigation.
His experience includes representing banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions. Pierce is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters for public and private companies, as well as private equity funds.
