Rich Spiker

Rich has experience in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters, including representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, lending, development, and leasing. His real estate experience includes the representation of landlords in the leasing of office buildings, industrial projects, retail shopping centers, and multifamily spaces, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property.

Rich’s lending experience includes the representation of banks and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of transactions related to real estate and commercial financings.

• Assists in representing institutional property owners in negotiating industrial warehouse leases and related ownership issues for numerous warehouses in Arizona, Georgia, and Texas.
• Assists in representing developers in connection with property acquisition, development, and disposition of multifamily properties, industrial warehouses, and other commercial properties.
• Assists in representing banks in structuring revolving lines of credit, collateral lending, acquisition loans, and construction loans.
