Rishabh focuses his practice on corporate law, where he advises clients across a wide range of transactional matters, including corporate trust matters, acting as counsel to trustees and collateral agents in structured finance transactions. He has also represented clients in matters involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, IP and commercial agreements, and trading and financing transactions. On the M&A side, Rishabh has served as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence and drafting through execution and closing, with particular experience on buy-side transactions involving commercial, licensing, IP, and transition services agreements. He also has experience independently negotiating and closing trading documentation, including ISDA master agreements, credit support annexes, master repurchase agreements, and related instruments.
