• Represented American Tower Corporation in acquiring data centers in Orlando and Atlanta from DataSite.
• Guided Cable One, Inc. in acquiring a 45% stake in Mega Broadband Investments Holders LLC for $574 million, with an option to purchase the remainder.
• Facilitated American Tower Corp.’s collaboration with Public Media Group to expedite Single Frequency Networks (SFNs) delivery.
• Assisted Melody Investment Advisors in acquiring Uniti Towers’ development business and more than 500 towers from Uniti Group Inc.
• Advised founders in forming a fund for the FCC’s first-of-its-kind Incentive Auction, repurposing the spectrum for new uses, a groundbreaking initiative in telecommunications.
• Counseled ABRY Partners in a significant minority investment in Chimney Vigor Group, enhancing their service offerings to multinational advertisers and content producers.
• Managed Brynwood Partners’ sale of Lightlife Foods, Inc., to Maple Leaf Foods for $140 million, marking a significant transaction in the plant-based protein market.
• Advised BSO Ireland in its acquisition of IX Reach, a global provider of network solutions.
• Advised Searchlight Capital Partners in its growth equity investment in PatientPoint, an operator of digital point-of-care networks for patient education.
