Robert E. Heideck

Before retiring from the firm, Bob concentrated his practice on litigation, primarily in the construction industry and the pharmaceutical industry. In the construction industry, he represented owners, contractors, sureties, subcontractors on a variety of claims, including claims on behalf of contractors arising out of the construction of major highways and bridges in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and other projects throughout the United States. With respect to the pharmaceutical industry, Bob represented several major pharmaceutical companies in claims related to various compounds, including anti-depressants, antibiotics, diet medications, and other medications.

Bob served as executive partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee from 2003 to 2012. As a member of the Executive Committee, he served as the client representative in several malpractice claims against the firm and associated professional liability insurance issues.
