Robert’s intellectual property practice focuses on U.S. and foreign, trademark, copyright, patent prosecution, and intellectual property litigation. He represents a diverse range of public and private companies internationally in managing and enforcing their intellectual property portfolios.

In the IP enforcement realm, Robert assists clients with federal trademark infringement, unfair competition cease and desist, and litigation matters. He also handles trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

• Represented a real estate services corporation and related subsidiaries in the prosecution of U.S. and foreign service mark and trademark applications.
• Represented an industrial chemical manufacturing and supply company in the prosecution of service marks and trademarks before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and provided representation in opposition proceedings before the TTAB.
• Represented a plaintiff corporation in litigation involving claims of trademark infringement, breach of contract, copyright infringement, and unfair competition.
• Represented a variety of clients in internet and domain name dispute matters.
• Represented researchers in the prosecution of U.S. and foreign biotechnology and mechanical patent applications.
